I searched the internet for a friendly and reliable Audi service provider and found VAS recommended in a forum. I called and Kenny was friendly and straightforward on the phone. He discussed the inspection details and that they would identify leaks first. Royal Auto wouldn’t discuss anything. And VAS was all around easier to work with than Royal Auto. Dropped off Thursday. Picked up Friday. Car runs great. And they also replaced a leaking hose without adding extra labor. They showed me the parts they replaced and what caused the issues. Great experience.

Fast, friendly, and they know what to look for in your Audi! Really enjoyed the same day service with Kenny and his team. I came in for my first non-dealership annual service and they took care of my care and necessary repairs very quickly. Rest assured I'll be continuing my future services with VAS!

My boyfriend found this place for my Audi RS5 and I am so happy that he did. They communicated extremely well from start to finish. My audi is complicated and needed a lot of work done. They fixed things I had been having issues with for the past two years. (the leaking windshield wiper fluid and the shield on the bottom of my car- I didn’t even mention these issues to them they just fixed them) They were honest and showed me everything that needed to be fixed beforehand and also showed me the parts afterward. I’m not familiar with cars at all but they explained everything in detail and they were very fair with pricing. They were extremely thorough with my car and I will now be taking it here for regular maintenance. This place is the best and my car is safe and drivable now.

Kenny and his team did a great job of taking care of my 2020 Audi Q3! They fixed a couple issues on my car that had been going for a while that other repair shops could never seem to fully resolve. Recommend this shop for your Audi!

Kenny and his amazing team took such good care of my 2013 GTI recently. My car felt sort of…jerky? Less powerful? Like something was wrong, but it still ran. I had taken it to a local shop who tried to diagnose what was wrong but couldn’t quite come up with an answer. Several months later, I had something else go wrong with my car, and while it was an easy fix, I asked Kenny to look into the older issue to see if he couldn’t find out what was wrong. Kenny and the crew took lots of time and care into investigating the issue, and ultimately resolved it (it was a lot of labor, so quite expensive, but I’m so glad I took care of it). My car is running great now, and it’s because VAS took the time to really pinpoint the issue and put in the time and work to fix it. Kenny was super communicative during the whole process, too, and I was shown the old parts they replaced, plus all the photos they took throughout the “surgery.” :) Kenny and VAS are the real deal. I’d take my car to them again in a heartbeat.
